Do you know the YBM site? Everyone might have visited this site to apply for TOEIC test. This site is very useful to people who are eager to learn English. And once when I entered this site to apply for TOEIC, I found out that there were a lot of useful information for learning English. So, I decided to get weekly mail from that site. Every Wednesday, I get e4u weekly e-mail from the site. It is very useful. There are many things to do in one mail. Its contents seem to be well-organized.
First, I can learn new words for TOEFL. I can see what they mean and their example sentences. Furthermore I can learn synonyms and make a sentence with that words. Of course, I can check wheter the sentence I make is right.
Then, I make a composition with other words. This is also for TOEFL. This time, I can check the answer through the on-line lecture for the composition. The teachers teach me skill and tips for TOFEL writing.
And, the third one I do is reading some useful column for iBT. If I click 'more' button, I can see the detail of the column. This week's subject is that do not memorize how to make subjunctive mood sentences like a formula.
Last thing I do is this one. This is aother column, and through this, I can learn the culture of English speaking countries, especially U.S. Sometimes it speaks about an idiom like this week, and sometimes it tells me about the culture: The 10 Best Careers in America.
If you are interested in this e4u weekly e-mail, try to vist this site.
Another way of learning English through the Internet is movie OST and the quotes. It's a very easy way to put them into practice, because I already got interest from the movie. Whenever I watch Hollywood movie, I surf the Internet to find its OST and the good quotes from the movie. I replay the favorite songs again and again and repeat. So do with the good quotes.
These two ways were very useful for me and it must be very good for you.

Wow, I was so surprised YBM offer all of this things!
Here's your text.
"Do you know who you are exactly? Do you know what type you are in? Do you know the things you love and the things you hate? If you cannot answer to any of those questions, maybe MBTI can help you. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions (from Wikipedia).
There are four pairs of preferences or dichotomies: (E) for extroversion and (I) for introversion according to one's attitudes, (S) for sensing and (N) for intuition according to one's recognitive functions, (T) for thinking and (F) for feeling according to one's judgemental functions. (J) for judging and (P) for perceiving according to one's lifestyle."
